Hailey Fox was named the 2009 Ice Cream Princess at the annual Tuttle Ice Cream Festival on Saturday, July 4.
She is the 10 year old daughter of Tony and Valarie Fox of Tuttle.
The pageant, traditionally held in Shrock Park, was moved to the Opera House because rain was approaching.
Each girl was given a trophy and title for participating.
Miss Beautiful was Cali Colvin.
Miss Photogenic was Hailey Fox.
Miss Congenuality was Morgan Akins.
Miss Talent was Lenora Garvie.
Miss Gorgeous Hair was Kaylee McConnell.
Miss Sweet Spirit was Destiny Martin.
Miss Graceful was Abby Crosswhite.
Addison Paxton, 2008 Ice Cream Princess entertained the crowd with a dance solo titled "Big Time".
Citizens of the Year David and Patty Vizza were honored as Citizens of the Year and served as grand marshals of Saturday parade.
Alex Schenkman won the ice cream eating contest.
The fireworks display that concludes the Festival was postponed by rain and was held on Sunday.
