Jean ‘Jeannie’ Kosfeld
Funeral services for Jean “Jeannie” Kosfeld, 76, of Oklahoma City. were held Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2009 in the Sowers Memorial Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home in Tuttle.
Jean “Jeannie” Kosfeld was born Sept. 10, 1933 in Marlow to Thomas Fred and Eva Mae (Moore) Land.
She passed away on Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009 in Oklahoma City.
She married Larry Kosfeld on Feb. 4, 1951 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was the head cashier at Humpty Foods for several years and also worked as a receptionist for doctor clinics.
Jeannie and Larry lived in Oklahoma City for 53 years and had lived in Missouri before then.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Velma Teague and a brother Leo Land.
Jeannie is survived by her husband, Larry Kosfeld of Oklahoma City, daughter Deborah McMartin and her husband, David of Wheatland, son David Kosfeld and his wife, Sherri of Oklahoma City, four grandchildren and their spouses, four great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery in Tuttle, under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home of Tuttle.
