The Tuttle Jr High wrestlers brought home second place at the El Reno Tournament. The junior high tournaments consisted of seventh, eighth and ninth grade competing against each other. Tuttle was the smallest school out of the 15 that were present. Wrestlers who brought home second place were Gunner Laffoon at 102 pounds and Hunter Williams at 152 pounds. Third place finishers were Isaac Beard at 126 pounds, Austin Elam at 134 pounds and Ty Watson at 185 pounds. Fourth place finishers were Riley Fielder at 142 pounds, Nathan Voreis at 165 pounds and Nathan Jackson at heavyweight. Bringing home fifth place was Dakota Head at 118 pounds. The junior high team is coached by Coach Finn, Coach Surber, Coach Jeremy Bates and Coach Head.

The Tigers, now 7-8, beat Lone Grove, 46-43, Saturday night to claim the consolation title of the Purcell tournament. Tuttle head coach Paul Meuser tagged the victory over Lone Grove as the Tigers' best win of the season. -
