Mr. and Mrs. Jim Maddox, former residents of Tuttle, wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Maddox, to Mr. Allan Rojas Sanchez of San Jose, Costa Rica.
The couple met while on a mission trip to Tegucigalpa, Honduras in Central America. Mr. Rojas Sanchez was a student and the translator at the Baxter Institute in Tegucigalpa. Miss Maddox is a student at Oklahoma City Community College, where she majors in Spanish. Miss Maddox was formerly a member of Grady County 4-H and Oklahoma Home and Community Education, where she was an active participant in Friendly Mound OHCE club.
After receiving immigration approval for Mr. Rojas Sanchez to return to Oklahoma, the couple plan to marry late summer in Oklahoma City. They will make their first home in Oklahoma City and intend to focus their efforts on mission work and church planting.
